Service was amazing. Food was great. Wish the calamari wasn't changed, the older recipe/version was much much better. Won't order it again. Loved the rest though. We will be back.

Enjoyed Endless Shrimp yesterday for lunch with my boyfriend and it was amazingly good! We started sharing fresh raw oysters and steaming hot stuffed mushrooms, followed by delicious plates of shrimp scampi and hand breaded shrimp. I love the raspberry iced tea as it really brings a crisp flavor with the lemon I zest on the shrimp. We chose the perfect time to arrive at the restaurant for a late lunch: 2:00! No waiting to be seated and excellent service!

Nashville hot shrimp! They were good I was expecting them to have a bit of sauce but the dry rub wa surprisingly good. My tilapia was a bit dry. Biscuits and mashed potatoes were awesome as always! Hydrohomies: the water was good and filtered

Sam the manager really needs to be recognized. I saw this guy running food, bussing tables, and refilling drinks like he was the server. He literally is the definition of a MANAGER. The way he would check on every table more than once really shows he loves his job, and he does it for more than just a check. Our server Chris wasn't so bad either, very good for being a new server. Thank you again Sam for making what would of been my dads birthday so great. We will definitely be back again.

I was at the Red Lobster in Cypress Gardens and my food took a little longer than unexpected. I rarely do reviews but this deserves a review. Heather noticed that my food was taking longer than usual and offered a Shrimp Cocktail on the house: I did not ask for it nor even complained. I have been down lately and with just this hospitality brought my spirits up. Another notes Hailey my waitress was great with my service! Also the restaurant is very clean! Highly recommended!

Our waitress Danielle was amazing. Very busy Saturday night and she hustled for each table. Food was quick and fresh. Can't wait to go back!

Red Lobster service has been going down for years & this one proved that point. 15 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to take drink orders. The prices are steadily climbing, portions are getting smaller, & the staff is lacking motivation. Not a good experience for me, but hope yours is better.

My waitress was brilliant at all the tables she served except mine. My family and I had to wait an excessive amount of time to be fed. I felt like my money wasn't good enough to spend at your establishment. Customer service is what separates you from your competitors and good customer service means repeat business, I am not sure how important this is to you. One of your managers tried to enhance our visit but by this time it was too late. The damage was already done.

Our Review is Mixed! Overall the Menu was good but some things need correction! Most items involving our order, such as the appetizer, salads, biscuits, sweet potatoes, shrimps, and mashed potatoes were really good but some items, such as the salmon and sparagus were very salty and two of the crabs weren't fresh while most of them were really good!

Great dinner specials on seafood and surf-n-turf. Well prepared... excellent service... wonderful berry sangria to wash it down. I'll be back in soon for sure.
